The Phenomenal Sasquatch is a comprehensive exploration of one of the most intriguing mysteries of modern times. Is the sasquatch an undiscovered animal or a product of the imagination?
Author Matt Pruitt takes a multidisciplinary approach to this question, drawing on insights from biology, psychology, anthropology, and other fields. Examining the fossil record, indigenous knowledge, historical records, eyewitness accounts, and physical evidence, Pruitt takes the reader on a journey into the heart of the sasquatch phenomenon.
He explores the possibility that sasquatches are simply large, rare primates, and delves into the psychological factors that may be at play during people’s encounters with these creatures. Alternatively, he considers the hypothesis that the sasquatch is merely a construct of the human mind that exists only in stories and art. In this thought-provoking work, Pruitt presents a balanced and rigorous analysis, providing readers with an in-depth look into the search for the natural origins of this cultural icon.
Whether you are a skeptic or a believer, The Phenomenal Sasquatch will challenge your assumptions and deepen your understanding of this enduring mystery.

If you read one book on the subject it should be Ron Moreheads’ Quantum Bigfoot

No Body… No Foot… This seems to be the conundrum of the past 60 years… Not saying it’s good or bad nor that I agree but that’s where we still appear to be…

I think I need that book, Matt!

I agree Gabriel H. Especially putting together some of the old timers stories and opinions and knowledge. Great interview Wes, though I do hear him and Cliff and Bobo often, my second best Sasquatch site. Yours, of course, being the best. And these guys have been out there dwelving into this subject for decades. By the way Gabe, best to you and your research group. I was amazed by your cohort Linda P when she stated one of the research areas of the Highlands in Oakland County. I will be up in Northern Gladwin County for a week during labor day, for a family (sisters and some cousins and old friends) reunion, Last year I think I found the highline where the Finding Bigfoot crew had their best encouters on the Michigan Episode.

I personally, believe that there are several different types of these people. All the way from the Patty type to the more human looking. Look at the human population from the Japanese to the blond Nordics and the African people of the Congo to the Aborigines of Australia. There are many different groups of these peoples of the forests.

Surely by now if they really existed there would be a decent photograph that proves their existence. As time goes by i become more convinced that they don’t exist. I hope someday a photograph proves me wrong.
